Questions

How long does production take?

Most orders take about 10–20 working days in production, then freight (ocean typically 25–40 days, air 2–10). Gift packaging can add a little extra. We’ll confirm against your need-by date when we review the quote.

Can you ship to multiple locations or individual recipients?

Yes. We can ship in bulk to one site, split across multiple locations, or send individual kits to named recipients. Tell us your preference in the notes when you submit — we’ll confirm the best approach and freight in our follow-up.

What is included in the indicative price?

Guide prices are per pack, exclusive of VAT. Branding and freight appear separately in the breakdown. Cobranded magnetic foil boxes may include a one-time Midpac origination fee on the first order (shown on the packaging step). Final stock, artwork and freight are confirmed by our team before you order.

Do you offer samples?

Yes — we can arrange product or branding samples where the project needs it. Mention sample needs in your notes or when Paul or Jeremie follow up, and we’ll advise cost and timing.

Who confirms the final quote?

Paul or Jeremie review every corporate quote within 24 hours. They confirm stock, artwork, packaging and freight, then you approve before production starts.
